Supportive Housing Under Federal Government; Room and Need for Growth

My article on federal supportive housing appears in the Journal of Affordable Housing.  This article explores and critique's the federal government's response and regulation of a 42 U.S.C. s 8013, which incorporates a broad mandate for the provision of supportive housing services for people with disabilities.  

Barriers Operating in the Present; A Way To Rethink the Licensing Exception for Teacher Credentialing Examinations

My 2014 article on Title VII and teacher-certification tests took a historical, social, and legal approach to analyze the disparate impact of standardized tests in employment.  It was published in New York University School of Law Law Review.
